Distribution and File List information
Please see DESCRIPT.DOC for descriptions
Distribution
============
Anyone, registered or not, is encouraged to distribute GFile. However,
any distribution of GFile must conform to the following restrictions:
1. All files (as listed below) that make up the GFile product must
be distributed as a single entity, and they may not be changed
or modified (archival/compression techniques excepted) from
their original form. If installed on a computer system for the
purpose of down-loading, all files that make up the GFile product
must be present and must be in the same directory or archive.
2. Any commercial distribution of GFile must explicitly state in
advertisements, catalogs, accompanying files, and any other
promotional literature that buying the distribution does NOT
confer the right to use GFile for other than the initial 30 day
trial period, and that further use requires registration. Also,
the distributor may not claim authorship or ownership of GFile.
3. Commercial distributors, and bulletin boards may bundle GFile
with other files containing promotional or instructional
information so long as the restrictions of item 2 above are
honored. However, GFile may not be bundled with other programs
without the express permission of the author. This authorization
will be automatically granted to distributors recognized by the
(ASP) as adhering to its guidelines for shareware distributors,
and such distributors may begin offering GFile immediately
(However the author must still be advised so that the
distributor can be kept up-to-date with the latest version of
GFile.).
